Christians believe that a relationship with God, by getting to know who Jesus is, can give a person a "new" year and life. If you would like an easy-to-read copy of the New Testament -- the part of the Christian Bible that talks about Jesus and how to be a Christian -- you can get one pretty cheap at this United Methodist Church link.
